Dr Mike never fails to brighten up our patients’ day with his friendliness and signature million-dollar smile. Our cheerful and meticulous principal dentist is a graduate of the National University of Malaysia (UKM) as well as a recipient of the prestigious Kuok Foundation scholarship. Dr Mike served his compulsory government service in Melaka with various hospital postings.

As the founder and principal dentist of Blanc Dental Clinic, Dr Mike coordinates a multidisciplinary team of specialists dedicated to delivering world-class dental treatment for our patients. He places a high focus on providing comfortable dental experiences, especially to patients with dental anxiety, while maintaining a high standard of dental care for patients’ oral health. Dr Mike remains passionate about his chosen field and is striving to be a leading expert in Contemporary Cosmetic Dentistry, as he believes your smile is your best asset.

Outside the clinic, you will probably find Dr Mike at the gym or by the pool, enjoying his favourite pastimes—Muay Thai and swimming.

Dr. Ang Huinong

With a passion for providing comprehensive, patient-centred care, Dr. Ang is dedicated to creating a serene and welcoming environment for all her patients at Blanc Dental Clinic. She graduated from the University of Malaya in 2021 with distinction and values continuous learning to stay current with the advancements in modern dentistry. She believes that good oral health is essential to overall well-being and loves helping her patients achieve healthy and confident smiles. Outside of work, Dr Ang enjoys traveling and immersing herself in different cultures.

Dr. Yeoh Chiew Kit

Consultant Orthodontist

BDS (Malaya), MFDS & MOrth RCS (Eng), DipCDS & MSc Orth (UCL)

Our ever-friendly and meticulous consultant orthodontist, Dr. Yeoh, is a registered orthodontic specialist from Malaysia. His areas of expertise include the conventional straight wire system, self-ligating system, clear aligners (Invisalign) and orthopaedics/functional therapy. He is currently a Key Opinion Leader of Ormco.

Dr Yeoh received his Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Malaya, followed by a Master of Science from UCL Eastman Dental Institute and Membership in Orthodontics from the Royal College of Surgeons, England. He completed a fellowship in craniofacial orthodontics at Chang Gung Memorial Hospital, Taiwan.

Dr Yeoh has been in private practice since 2015. He has collaborated with the National University of Malaysia (UKM) on research projects and currently holds positions as a part-time lecturer and clinical supervisor at UKM, while maintaining a busy private practice.

Dr Yeoh is actively involved in dental education, training and mentoring general dentists to become more confident in orthodontic assessment and treatment. He has given lectures at both local and international levels, including MIDEC and MAO Scientific Conference. Recently, he was the main speaker at the 16th FDI-IDA CDEP in Palembang in December 2023, where he represented the Malaysian Dental Association.

In his free time, Dr Yeoh enjoys endurance sports including long-distance running and obstacle course races. He has completed many races, including the Berlin Marathon 2018, the Tokyo Marathon 2019, the London Marathon 2020 and the Spartan Trifecta Malaysia 2023.

Dr. Siew Kai Ling

Consultant Endodontist

Our skilled and gentle endodontist, Dr Siew, received her Doctor in Dental Surgery (DDS) from the National University of Malaysia (UKM) in 2008. She graduated with a Master of Dental Surgery in Endodontics with distinction from the University of Hong Kong in 2015 and was awarded Membership in Endodontics by the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh by examination within the same year. She served as President of the Malaysian Endodontic Society for two terms from 2019 to 2021.

Dr. Lee Pei Nee

Dr Lee Pei Nee is a specialist in prosthodontics, with a focus on the restoration and replacement of teeth. With advanced qualifications from renowned institutions in the UK and Hong Kong, she provides expert care in dental implants, crowns, bridges, and full mouth rehabilitation. At Blanc Dental Clinic, Dr Lee ensures that each patient receives personalised, high-quality treatment, helping them achieve both functional and aesthetic dental outcomes.

Dr. Rama Krsna Rajandram

Consultant Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon

MBBS (Malaya), DDS (UKM), MDS OMFS (HKU), MFDS RCS (Edin)

Our friendly and professional oral and maxillofacial surgeon Associate Professor Dr Rama received his dental degree from the National University of Malaysia (UKM) in 2004. He completed his specialisation in the field of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Hong Kong where he obtained a distinction. Subsequently, Dr. Rama obtained his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the University of Malaya and completed his housemanship in 2015.

Currently, Dr Rama is both a practising clinician and an academician at UKM. He serves as the Head of the Masters in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Program and the Head of the Applied Medicine Postgraduate Course at UKM. He also leads the Orthognathic Division at Pusat Perubatan UKM and the Faculty of Dentistry at UKM. His main areas of interest include the correction of dentofacial deformities and craniofacial airway as well as dental education in the field of clinical medicine.

Dr. Tan Shiuan Lee

Consultant Periodontist

DDS (USM), MFDS RCS (Edin), MClinDent Perio (UM)

Our caring and thorough gum specialist, Dr Tan, is a registered periodontist – a dental specialist in Periodontics – from Malaysia. She graduated from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) Kubang Kerian in 2011 and has since served in the Malaysian Public Service. Dr Tan has had the opportunity to work in several states, including Sabah and Melaka. She has also acquired her Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. Dr Tan completed a four-year master’s specialisation in Periodontology at the University of Malaya, successfully publishing her research article in BMC Oral Health, a Q1 journal.

Dr Tan is currently our visiting consultant periodontist at Blanc Dental Clinic while balancing her busy government practice in Ipoh. Her specialties include both non-surgical and surgical management of advanced gum disease, a practice limited to periodontics. Nevertheless, she also works closely with other dental specialists from various fields in the management of complex cases.

As a gum specialist, Dr Tan enjoys meeting her patients and getting to know them personally to understand their needs. She believes in promoting gum health within the community through specialised treatment, education and preventive care. Dr Tan aims to help individuals maintain healthy gums, which is essential for overall oral health and well-being.

Outside of work, Dr Tan enjoys practising yoga and reading. She loves traveling and food hunting with her beloved husband in her free time.

Dr. Azwin Nur Azniza Binti Ariffuddin

General Dentist

BDS (Adelaide)

Dr Azwin is a dedicated and compassionate dentist with a keen interest in restorative dentistry. She graduated from the University of Adelaide with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) in 2021 and has been practising for three years. Dr Azwin takes a holistic approach to patient care, ensuring that each patient’s overall well-being is considered alongside their dental care.

In addition to her clinical practice, Dr Azwin works closely with the non-profit organisation Dentistry for the Needy (DFTN), where she leads dental mobile outreach projects aimed at providing essential dental care to indigenous people in Gua Musang. Outside of her professional life, Dr Azwin enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, which allow her to unwind and stay active.
